The Way We Do Business

Our clients not only expect results, but also a high level of professionalism. Customizing software and implementing tailor made solutions is not easy. Often it can be a frustrating process.

Over the years we have learned that a successful software implementation takes effort on both parts. This is why we have developed a process in dealing with our clients. The most important part is to do a thorough analysis of needs and wants. What is it you really want this software to do? We often interview end-users to get a feel for what their work demands.

The result is that we have a knack for producing results that creates value for our clients. Results that uses high-tech tools to solve menial tasks. And saving time in the process.

 The process:

We conference with you and your staff to analyze the current process. This is where we determine if the project is one we can successfully complete. There is no charge for this.
Once we have a preliminary commitment we will perform a detailed analysis and discussion of the project's scope and possibilities. We will charge a nominal hourly fee for this analysis. The result is a detailed description of the project and a firm quotation.
During the development cycle we stay in close contact with the client. It is important that the client is involved throughout the process.
Once the project is ready for testing we will perform extensive tests on our systems before we release the software. We will then assist in any way we can to help you test it and fix any problems that might crop up when live on your system.
Post-installation is important to us. Often an application will need to be tweaked once the end-users have had a chance to work with the application for a while.
