sheer manpower - others differ in what tools we need to use. This is

page. The bottom line is that we need to really understand your expectations
before we can accurately quote a cost. |

If you write something custom for us,
will we get to keep the source code? |

Yes, we provide all of the original programming
source code to you. The only restriction is that you don't resell the
program without express written permission and/or a royalty arrangement.
This is usually not a problem, since most programs of this nature are
very specific to our clients' systems. |

What about support? |

We guarantee our work. Unconditionally.
We will fix the rare "bugs" you might encounter free of charge forever.
We will provide installation and "get it up and running" support at
no charge for 90 days after initial product delivery. After that we
often make arrangements for an hourly/monthly support fee schedule.
Any upgrades, additions and new features will be quoted as needed. |

What happens if you go out of business? |

The software/programming tools we use
are all standard tools such as Visual Basic, XML, JavaScript, C++ and
ASP. We meticulously document our software code by inserting comments
throughout the program. Since you have the source code, any qualified
programmer will be able to continue work on the system. |
